An App ‘Grown’ For Plant Lovers

How is it different from others?

This is of course a valid question. I had already used many similar apps. And yes, they did well. Still, there was something that was left behind. All the previous apps that I used did find the names of different plants, provided information about its scientific background and origin. Even some apps suggested similar plants that were available and could grow in my geographical location. I loved using few apps just because of its UX and efficiency.

This app is no different than any other app in UX or in giving alternative suggestions. But…

The less memory space, highly customized and personalized experience and the ability to provide accurate information even with blurred images filled me with awe!

The best part of it was when I discovered the ‘My Plants’ section, where it stores the plants that you have searched and added to the list and it is available even when you are offline. It also helps you with taking care of your plants by setting reminders on watering, putting fertilizers, and pruning. Isn’t that amazing?

The only genuine problem with this app is that, you would encounter few in-app ads which are completely removed with a premium subscription.

To add on to the pros of this app, it has an option to set the language of your preference. It can interact with all the commonly used global languages.

What if there is a plant that I have discovered, but not yet in the app?

If you find and discover a rare and new plant, the app facilitates you to update it with the new discovery, after checking the authenticity of the new information that you have provided. Hence, it is also well said that all the information that you would see in the app is true and authentic.

Is it available in the Appstore?

Yes, it is available both in the Appstore and Playstore. So, you can indulge yourself in this app, irrespective of you being an Android or IOS user!
